Power capacity of this emergency fast diet is 1300 kcal.
Key rules of this fast diet: drink some simple and mineral water, but the quantity of skim milk to your tea or coffee should not exceed 250 ml. Each time try to eat the big portion of salad – prepare it from a celery, salad, cucumbers, pepper, slices of apples, pods of beans, corn grains and tomatoes. Refuelling prepare from 1 table spoon of yoghurt, a lemon juice, vinegar and spices.
Adhering to this fast diet, you will not hunger, because it contains sating products.
If recede from a diet, to you it is necessary to apply «penal sanctions».
Breakfast (alternate offered variants):
* a slice of bread with the bran, smeared with margarine, 1 banana, 1 apple, a little of grapes;
* 1 soft-boiled egg or «in a sack», 1 slice of bread with bran, 1 glass of natural yoghurt;
* 2 slices of bread from a flour of a rough grinding, 1 small banana, 1 teaspoon of honey;
* 2 dry wheaten flat cakes, a glass of milk silt of not sweetened orange juice, 1 apple.
Lunch: weld 200 г a potato in a uniform and eat it from one of following additives:
* a small portion of cabbage;
* 100 г house cheese;
* 50 г the low-fat small cut ham or a hen;
* 2 table spoons of a boiled string bean.
Dinner: 1. 100 г pasta from wheat flour from one of following additives:
* 100 г shrimps with tomatoes and garlic;
* 50 г a low-fat boiled hen under mushroom sauce with a lemon juice;
* 50 г small cut ham with tomatoes and garlic.
2. 200 г prepared on pair or a grill of any fish (without sauce), 125 г a potato welded in a uniform, and the big portion of salad from green vegetables.
Fast diet desert: 1 banana or 2 small apples.
Than it is possible to indulge itself during the day (alternate):
* the big glass of dry wine and a small dry biscuit;
* 1 banana and 1 small pear;
* 2 slices of bread with bran and salad;
* 1 small “Mars” or “Snickers” bar.
Penalty sanctions
